Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Provider-Initiated Cancellation
If Pure Performance Rehab must cancel the activity for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund. Participants will be notified as soon as possible via the email provided at registration.
Learner-Initiated Cancellation
Learners who choose to cancel their registration may do so at any time. The following applies:
Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee for cancellations received 14 or more days before the start of the course.
No refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the course, due to fixed costs and limited seat availability.
Substitutions (transferring registration to another clinician) are permitted at no additional charge and may be requested up until the day prior to the course.
Non-Attendance / No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend and do not provide written notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.
Course Interruptions (Weather, illness, emergencies)
If the course is interrupted or delayed due to events outside of the provider’s control (weather, building issues, natural disasters, instructor illness, etc.), Pure Performance Rehab will make reasonable efforts to reschedule remaining portions. If rescheduling is not possible, affected portions will be refunded proportionally.
